I bought this yarn (el-cheapo Rowan Felted Tweed) to make the Gathered Pullover from IK, when it was on sale at Tapestry Craft. Then decided it was too blue. Then thought the gauge of the fabric was too loose.

Some red food dye fixed all my problems (black food dye didnt make much of a difference) - a great purply-grey, and the fabric has fuzzed up nicely. I measured the swatch last night and its perfect 19 sts to 10cm! w00t!

The Intolerable Cruelty skirt is coming along slowly (I picked it back up again after hiatus, doing a special sock pattern and working on my secret pal bag). The bamboo superwash is nice, and it fits! Thats the main thing I guess. This has been in my to-do list since it came out, i'm so glad theres a KAL on Ravelry.

I can't wait to see Intolerable Cruelty. It's on my to-knit list.
