I believe its probably very late 1940s, or even early 1950s due to the size and colouring of the booklet. I love the unusual white leaf shapes across the yoke - not to mention gray and red being one of my favourite colour combinations.
The cardigan has the patterned yoke knitted on afterwards, while the jumper is just normal fair-isle.
In four sizes, to fit 34-40 inches.
